How Jorge uses it
Jorge Díaz, in Monterrey, gives the bot one concrete pledge. 45 minutes of walking on weekdays. Proof is a screenshot from the app he walked with. No screenshot, the day does not count.
The coach pings three times, Central Time. If you already sent proof, it stays quiet. If not, it keeps at you. Saturday and Sunday do not count. They also do not break the streak. Monday you pick it up.
The tone is a trainer's. Firm, close, no shaming. No sermon about failing. There is a deal and a screenshot.
